Rae Morris – our guest for Europe in the autumn

We’re thrilled to announce our guest for our WHEELS autumn tour, for all dates from Paris (Nov 6th) to Brussels (Nov 25th). She is Rae Morris who we had the pleasure of watching at Bushstock recently, and she’s a pretty damn special live performer, we can tell you. Hailing from Blackpool, England, she’s a singer, songwriter and pianist, already garnering some impressive acclaim, recording her debut EP with Noah and The Whale’s Charlie Fink (no relation) and traversing the country in support of Bombay Bicycle Club, no less. She’s preparing her debut album right now.

You can hear some of her music and get a free download from her website.

If you want to know where the WHEELS tour is going, the info is on this page, with details of our exclusive bundle package… it comes with a download of our ALTERNATIVE DARKNESS E.P. – new versions of four of our favourite songs, that we’re putting the finishing touches to as we speak…

Here’s a very nice picture of Rae.

Just wanted to pass on my utter respect for you, Fin and Guy’s playing at the Motel Mozaique
You have fully acquired my admiration as a dub style drummer. ‘Blueberry Pancakes’ was absolutely
Top Drawer. everything else was equally hypnotic.
We saw you guys first at Leeds HiFi Club (little place, low ceiling).
Hope you plan a couple more gigs further north after the Shepherds Bush gig.
All 3 of you guys’ playing standards have sailed way up. would be great to hear and see again.

    take care
    Robert.

Guys, can you please clarify whether you will perform in Brussels on 25th Nov or not? Your website states it’s Leuven @Het Depot instead… Thanks!

What a wonderful idea to pick up someone talented and carry her along, so people get to hear her!
It’s been ages ago, but you guys gave me a one in a million concert in Stuttgart / Röhre once and I haven’t stopped listening since.
I loved your noses and I loved the minimalistic grooves and the tenderness created by three male voices.
best wishes, take care and a good break after all the touring is done !
